µPESI.OA Ultra-high-speed Microprobe Sampler

The µPESI.OA, a patented micro-probe electrospray ionization technology, is the latest generation of world-leading mass spectrometry front-end equipment for replacing HPLC in LC/MS. It integrates sampling, injection, and ionization into one device, making it simple, fast, and smooth, easy to operate, and requiring no mobile phase or column, no nebulizer, and analyzing a sample in 10-60 seconds. Method development is simple, and switching between different samples is hassle-free, enabling the speed of qualitative and quantitative analysis by mass spectrometry to be increased by 10-50 times! This system is a new microfluidic technology for quantitative analysis of small samples, achieving simple, fast, and stable mass spectrometry quantitative analysis.

 

The µP-MS system, equipped with µPESI, has a simple hardware design and a "idiot-proof" operation mode, with signal reproducibility of CV≤8%, comparable to LC/MS in sensitivity, able to analyze all samples that LC/MS can handle, and achieving real-time detection, which can shorten the cycle of various screening tests by 80% or more. µP-MS is especially suitable for clinical therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and drug pharmacokinetics (DMPK) research in drug development or biopharmaceutical production processes.
